At Nymarksminde, we emphasize quality throughout and offer a delicious morning and lunch buffet. We handle the food and service, so you can focus 100% on the meeting.

Our conference room’s functional design, combined with our lovely location, allows for hosting all kinds of meetings, conferences, and team-building activities in rural and scenic surroundings. On the attached terrace and open space, participants have ample opportunity to stretch their legs and enjoy fresh air and renewed energy. Naturally, catering is included throughout the stay.
Pricing for an all-day conference
At Nymarksminde, you’ll find many possibilities. Our conference and meeting room can be used for various purposes, such as day meetings, teaching, and team building. And if the day should end socially, football golf followed by a barbecue evening is ideal during the summer season.
Price per person
495 DKK
excl. VAT
This price applies to a minimum number of conference participants of 15 people and is exclusive of VAT. Catering is included in the price, which means:
– Coffee/tea throughout the day
– Ice water throughout the day
– Breakfast buffet
– Lunch open sandwiches (smørrebrød)
– Afternoon coffee with accompaniments (cookies or cake)
– Fruit
Breakfast buffet consists of:
– 1.5 breakfast roll
– Butter
– Cheese, bell pepper
– sausage roll/salami, cucumber
– Jam
– Fruit
– Morning pastry (additional charge per person: 15 DKK)
Lunch-open faced sandwiches:
3 pieces of delicious open faced sandwiches.
Option for additional meeting rooms by arrangement.
In addition, all participants have free access to the Farm Park and Footgolf during the summer season.
As payment, we accept credit cards, EAN numbers, and bank transfers. An environmental surcharge of 100 DKK applies for invoices sent.
ACCOMMODATION CAN BE ARRANGED
