BANQUET ROOMS FOR THE PERFECT PARTY
Host celebrations in beautiful and tranquil surroundings. Rent the venue at Nymarksminde and get free access to the animal park with playground and mini golf (value up to 99 DKK per person). You can choose to hold the party in the conference room or the cozy common area in the courtyard. If everything is booked, we can also offer to set up a tent.
You rent the facilities from the day before the event, so you have the previous day to set up! Cleaning must be done after the party, so the venue is ready for new guests the following day.
Viewings are only possible on weekdays from 12:00 to 12:30 by appointment.

PRICING FOR CONFIRMATION AND BAPTISM
The facilities are rented out for a given number of guests (see below). You provide your own food, set up tables, and arrange the place settings for the event. Additionally, you are responsible for cleaning up and putting everything back in place after the event.
All guests receive free admission to Nymarksmindes Park (value: 99 DKK).

DEPOSIT AND RENT
Renting tablecloths costs 40 DKK per piece.
Renting fabric napkins costs 10 DKK per piece.
A deposit (2000 DKK) is placed on the amount. The deposit will not be refunded if the venue is not returned in the same condition as received, i.e., cleaned and with items, tables, and chairs neatly in place. The amount + deposit must be paid upon reservation. Read Nymarksmindes’ terms and conditions for payment information.

ABOUT NYMARKSMINDE
Nymarksminde is located in Vodskov, near Aalborg. The farm has a large farmpark with a playground and football golf. The park is especially popular among families with children. Additionally, there are 10 holiday apartments and a swimming pool that overnight guests can use during the summer vacation.
Outside of the summer vacation period, Bed and Breakfast is offered on the farm. As a guest in the conference room, you have access to the Nymarksminde park. The park usually opens at 10:00. You can check the current opening hours for more details.
